Good cardio workout for boxing?
I have 17 years and have reached where I have provincial box 3 rounds of 3 minutes each. as I have recently gone Youth 4×2 minute rounds. Now I run long distance and all my training, but I still feel my cardio improvement. I am tall 5'10 132 lbs I am what my style is ususally punches but they move around the ring by which tired me out. I wonder what kind of bag or training exercises I can do running I give the lungs to pass from the punch 9 minutes and 9 minutes 100% very well with cardio!
Skipping rope and plyometrics. When you do your workout bag to do by the time it will actually be in the ring
