X-Box Live connection problem?

I have an x-box 360, a laptop and a wireless network at home. I'm running my laptop through the wireless network, but with an s cable from the laptop to the X-Box. My signal is good and I can surf the web, etc. But I can not connect X-Box Live, the 360 says I have a problem IP address along with a TC-IP (I think) question. Any suggestion to put this right. Have you tried to call X-Box support, but unable to talk to a human being and the robot computer at the other end of the helpline was not. Help please, which is connected the signal is there and only detcted I can take the final step. robot options, a lady, certainly not seem to meet my kind of dial-up connection …… rouoter cable? No. ……. wireless? No, because the cable to my laptop. This only lasted for about an hour. Nvidia-Otaku Argh, thanks, but that does not mean absolutley nothing to me! Any chance of the same but in English? lol

may have a firewall or proxy problems in your PC so they check out, because the connections Wireless is always unstable, even there I have no signal problems so just disable your firewall and then check out the connection again.!
