Training for Boxing / MMA?
I wear gloves gloves a pound that I used to use 16-ounce and 10 pound ankle weights throughout the day, walking around the campus, work / bartender at a restaurant. I wear a 20 pound vest around the house, even when playing playstation, and gloves give free-roaming fingers or drive only, the vest is like a shirt, weighing 20 pounds that take in clothes for everyday life, is more harmful or helpful what does not kill you makes you stronger, right? Just to let know that weigh 175 and I "5'10. Amtauer I started boxing, but notice that I have little resistance, have breath in the second round. And I'm in the process of converting my fat, what little there is, in the muscle. My legs and thighs are huge compared with my upper body. And I have this idea, Japanese cartoon bis, one of the fighters, who wear weighted, and when I removed it, faster / Strong …. I know it's a cartoon, but it makes sense, pro / cons?
My only suggestion would be to use the vest when working out (ie Wind sprints, abs, medicine ball) band straps used to improve drilling. Strength training is the best for boxing …. Back in the day, no lift weights … I was using an own body mass, and resistance … But good luck, and hope to see your name in the papers
