Did you notice in comments posted for this video at youtube, someoone wrote that the title is “…from johnny harris- closing love theme bloomfield soundtrack.”
At following site, in the listing of song titles, click on the ninth track listed: “Love Theme (2:01)”.
Sounds to me to be same melody, but this version has a bit more subdued vocal/choir arrangement.
