how to become a UFC fighter?
I am 15 years old 6'0 160 pounds. and only expierence I have 6 months of karate and I can not find any mma center around my area who are close .. and I wondered what kind of exercises should I do at home until you find a mma center.what I do with the punching bag. muscle exercises .. training etc. help
Well, you really need to find a Dojo that some in the area. One of my friends trained Matt Hamill time. Matt was in Utica, New York and travel to Liverpool, NY … it's a good 45-50 minutes. So first find that place … and then continue training. Not focus on the UFC … you can go to any organization. WEC focuses on 155 and below, perfect for you. If you walk around 160 … then it is likely to be around the same weight after you build some muscle mass. For now … only cardio work. Cardio is going to take to the limit the next. Good lucky!
