How I can keep my contacts in for the fight?

Well, as the title during the match (Muay Thai) I had the problem sometimes one of my contact lenses out flies after taking a punch in the face. It's really annoying and funny – trying to pick up a contact with a glove sweaty boxing. I'm using soft contact lenses, disposable. My question is: Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, is there any way around this? (Besides being beaten … maybe different contacts?) I would appreciate any constructive advice greatly. Thank you.

I wear contact lenses when sparring and apart from one instance, I have never had a problem with my contact lenses. I also use daily disposables. I would suggest going to ask if there is optical lenses contact would stay in the easiest and may be more appropriate for you and there is great variety. I've never tried, but I've heard there is a contact lens designed to stay in for 30 days. Presumably, these would have to stay in the most easy to take that period of time. As a solution extreme that it could have laser eye surgery. Although more expensive, laser eye surgery procedures have no more than a day unless there is something else debilitating vision such as cataracts. Alternatively, if your vision is not so bad you could try sparring without them.
