Am I doing too much too?
I am completely obsessed with exercise and keep fit and muscular. – Monday, followed by the weight Kickboxing leg workout Tuesday. – Full upper body weight session, one hour of cardio -. Thai Boxing Wednesday, an hour of swimming -. Thursday Weights – legs and abdominal crunches 200. Scroll half hours -. Friday pesos, back and biceps. 20 pull ups and 50 pushups. – Saturday One hour of swimming, one hour commute. – Sunday 3 hours walking / trekking. A bicycle time. Are there any disadvantages of doing this much exercise. Can too much exercise too? I have a healthy diet and enough sleep.
If u are, too much exercise can be a detrement and muscle causing loss of ,4-5 days, a maximum week, u should give your body time to rest and ur recoupable if you want a truly healthy body.
