What is the diet of the fighters?

Hi I am a amateur MMA fighter to come down from 190 to 165 in February 2011 some tips on diet fighters i really need to drop the weight in February and I do not want to be fighting so please tell me what is the diet of the wrestlers is im good at working out, but I need the diet thanks for your help!

I struggled in high school and the "diet of the wrestlers is a lot of crap. Fighters who are trying to cut a lot of weight to take a lot of food to their normal diet. I was cutting an average of 13 pounds, and the only way do is stop lifting force, reduce the amount of food you eat half and then I was still cutting 5 pounds of water weight. But I'm "6'2. In that time I was about 170 ~ 171 pounds of cut to 158. So to answer your question, but raise the force, stop eating or eat soo much junk, and a lot of cardio work to reduce type 2 (fast twitch) muscle fibers (responsible for strength. They are bulky muscles that become big, but they weigh a lot). I would not recommend doing these things because I can say from experience that "the wrestler's diet" is just starving your body, and is detrimental to their well-being general. It will affect your body and also affect its performance in a fight. My suggestion to find someone to fight in a weight class, and gradually reduce your weight fighting with time, so you can acclimatize. Otherwise, running to lose weight both physically affect him for his fight, which could hurt your fans record and affect your body in the long term.
