How can I control one computers internet from another computer?

OK, here’s the deal. My roommate has a serious porn addiction and every time that I play video games, he locks himself inside his room and downloads porn! The room used to be my room, so it has all the internet stuff in it, including the router. He doesn’t use wireless either, he just uses the router to plug in his x-box and his laptop.

He uses a MAC and I use a PC with Vista. What I am trying to do is disable his internet from my computer temporarily, so I can play my video game online for once without him lagging me out by streaming porn videos!

I know that I could use UltraVNC, but I am not too sure on how to go about installing that and using it from a PC to a MAC. I’ve been dealing with this problem for months, but it has become overboard. He locks himself in his room all day and watches porn, but has a girlfriend!

Please help.

well if it is your router then this should be easy, log on to your router, if you have the wirless logon enabled then this should be easy to control when you want to. Look at the router log and it should give you the mac address that he is using for his xbox and laptop (by mac i mean the hexidecimal address that is unique to every network card, kinda like its fingerprint, also make sure it isnt your mac address you are viewing) should be an option somwhere in your router to block certain mac addresses from connecting to the router, or if they do connect it will give them a limited or no connectivity. Then you can block and unblock them at will when you want. hope this helps.
