Boxing defense. How to fend off the blows?
What are the defenses against damage;? Orthodox cross southpaw jab hooks hooks, tails jab hooks uppercuts by the orthodox / southpaw fighter I mean trowing other hits from that position. I / who are Orthodox.
The best defense is a good offense. Being aggressive and do not let the other beat him, make him play defense. But when it comes to this, it is necessary to slip jabs, straight, and crosses. Hooks will have fabric or duck. Uppercuts you want to move your head back and out of the road. I can not say all the details about how to do everyhting correctly, but they are essentially the basics. All this combined with good head movement, aggression and punch will do virtually unhittable. What I just described is the Mike Tyson of 1985 to 1988. See some of his fights in years and you will see the best defense second only to Pernell Whitaker.
