Newest version of X-Box 360 problems?

I know in the past X-Box 360 has had a lot of problems but what about the most recent version? I want to buy one but I don’t want it to die in a few months. Is the Red Ring of Death still around? Overheating? What other problems are there? Also, any news on a price drop for the Premium/Pro model?

yes the ring of death is still around. but the over heating thing is pretty hard to come by. id say buy the premium all the prices on the 360 are down. i just had the ring of death last month on mine and it made disk burn on my ncca football 07. no other bad problems with it.good system. and if you do get it dont making so its laying on the ground make it stand up.thats how you mess it up
