female boxing, weak in body shots …!?

I had my second fight last week and again was stopped early due to a Barage of body blows. This girl has not vreally catch us with any clean blows to the head, but she quickly blows my midsection. I found that their vaccine just dodge elbows when I was blocking and got shots in my lower abdominal and liver area. I was wearing a protective cup under my trunks again, but the shots still looked very hurt. Abdominal trainning've done to try to strengthen my abdominal area, but progress is slow. I also whole Cup to be very restrictive for the movement and my trunks tend to walk over it and gives me a wedgie! Any suggestions?

I suggest that the formation practice with the medicine ball. If down, have someone drop a medicine ball in your stomach. Not very high though. This will help in time so you can make your stomach before you hit hard. Good luck next time. I hope that helped somehow
