Is it possible to lose 80 pounds in 8 months?

I'm 5'8 i weight 220 pounds and am 16 years old and I'm in boxing and if I want to get gloves gold and get a chance to be a professional i should lose weight i exercise 3-4 times a week I get on the treadmill for a few minutes on the bike hit shadow box bag jumping rope, but from what I have no diet I recently discussed and I felt really out of breath at the end of only the first round, what should I do?

It is feasible, but difficult to drop 80 pounds in eight months. You need to work cardio, cardio, cardio. And drink plenty of water. You should be able to drop a little over two pounds each week – but as you build muscle, this may change. And in the film "for a few minutes" is not good enough, I fear – it needs lots of cardio.
