Play Boxing Games At 14

Is the game x-box for hours in the dark affects a teenager?

My son is 14 and loves to play X-Box at night for hours. I have said earlier that it is wrong to play these games for hours, especially in the dark. Is it true that it is bad for children? Or is it all myth? Please only honest answers, I'm worried about my son. Has anyone seen the pictures? or shadows of playing for a long time?

From experience, your eyes hurt after about an hour or two, especially in the dark. I have 21 and I can still play games but I prefer to turn the light on when playing. Lights have become more pleasant, but has the light on does so much harm. Go to the bathroom or going for a glass of water is also a good way to get a break.
