Will the shadow boxing in a concrete floor damage the feet or ankles?
Lately my right foot (orthodox stance) has been killing me when shadow box. Especially near my Achilles Could my cement floor in my bedroom has nothing to do with it?
Possibly. I used to shadowbox or a carpet or the ring, and never had ankle problems.
