what happened to the creator of rockband wii?

and now I am very get listed. I just got Rock Band for Wii this morning. The first thing I wanted to do was create my rock star. but I looked everywhere and I could not find it. So I looked n the back of the box you and I still could not fid it. so I went as far to the reading of the instructions for it and I do not even fnd! Nintendo is taken seriously in this feature? I actually I have to know. if not please tell me where I can create one. please help!
