going back to muay thai question?

i was out of muay thai because of injury and im starting to do some cardio to get back into shape because i was out for 3 months and im walking 2 hours with my dog and my mom because she hates running then i bike for 20 minutes 10 minutes low intensity then 10 minutes high intensity then i take 30 minute break then do that again on the bike then i do some drills like push ups shadow boxing punching the punching bag then running on treadmill then some leg exercises then 10 minutes back on the bike this takes me 40 minutes without a break you think im getting a good cardio exercise?

thats pretty intense after an injury. be care full not to re injure
