When MMA fighters learn to box?
These guys are a joke. 95% of UFC fighters do not even know the basics of boxing. They have no head movement, can not hit, can not punch, you are overweight, slow, etc. .. That's why Ultimate Fighter NFL Sunday a man beat an experienced MMA fighter, lol, what a joke. Randy Couture Brock Lesnar lost again (former WWE superstar) and yes .. Brock was already good in wrestling FIGHT BUT HE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO DO IN MMA, you have to be good in other disciplines Beaten and Randy Couture Brock OUT and is learning to box. What a joke. The sport of MMA is a fad, a joke, do not last forever. This is the beginning of the end of MMA — when you have been exposed and the loss of credibility.
MMA is a combination of different styles and fighting techniques. The original fighting styles and techniques should be modified to achieve maximum effectively in MMA. What works in a wrestling match does not necessarily work exactly the same way in the MMA. A great example is the difference between MMA and boxing media. What is the difference between the foot MMA and technical expertise to the art of a high-level fighter? Marcus Davis gives an idea: "One of them is the way they are" Davis said. "The way everyone is so upright and staggered. Need your hips square to defend a takedown. Furthermore, to test a fault, not can do so from a position staggered. You have to center a little, hips facing forward, in order to verify a lack properly. "This law does not detract much of their material in boxing, "he said." And then how they throw punches, the way you move your head. The defense is different. In boxing leans back and, like, the progressive disappearance of a punch. You can not do that in MMA. If you lean back, left leg forward. The leg or starts or leaves open leg for a takedown. "Said Davis can not bob and weave on the risk of knee, or the possibility of being caught in a clinch in Muay Thai leaves one vulnerable to knees and elbows. But once I made the transition, Davis said there were elements of boxing continued – and continues – use. A "The moment of impact, being able to enter the pocket, throw punches and do not succeed, it was still able to carry that over in my MMA" he said. "Defensively, I realized what works in MMA and what does not work in MMA. The most important thing is the nod. You should be able to move his head, and you still a lot MMA fighters who do not know. A lot of MMA fighters do what I call the production, which just put both hands and keep them nice and tight around his head. "It's pretty obvious that you will not read this because I just want to troll here and start discussions with a bunch of biased crap has been discussed and discredited, but this should explain why MMA fighters do not use traditional postures of boxing and why it looks so awkward. PS Wrestling is the best base for MMA as it can build on it and is excellent for taking downs and dismantling defense and need not be a boxer who knows yet how to blow.
