flash player problems?

i go 2 youtube 2 watch videos but then the video doesn’t show up and it goes: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player. and then ‘Get the latest Flash player.’ in blue and i click on that and it brings me here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
after that i hit agree and install now and it goes here: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/flash/trigger/en/1/index.html and under the note how it says Name: Adobe Flash Player 9 inside the install box, it says Adobe Flash Player Installer in mine and then i click install and it says that it installed correctly but after that utube still duznt work and neither do some other video sites so ya plz help XD
ok im using internet explorer for vista
that vista site didn’t really work, link was the same 1 and i don’t have any of those files on my computer
i have no idea wth IE 6 is and changing the security didn’t seem 2 work… :_(

Your browser must be atleast IE 6 or higher. If you have already IE 6, then check your active X controls.

Go to tools,internet options,security,custom level. Then check all the options to enable running of active x controls.
