Status messages are not updated Yahoo Messenger for Mac or PC with Vista. have to leave back for updates?

I've been having problems with the latest versions of YM on my Mac and Vista PC. He refuses to update changes in friends' away messages and status changes. For information updated date, I have to go out and log back in. I reinstalled the YM Vista PC and my Mac is back. Is this a problem in the experience of other users? Is there possibly a box I have to find current information that I need, or just a buggy version?

Well, it's a relief that Yahoo finally recognizes that there is a probblm and promises a solution. We, as Mac users feel so devalued when the software gives us that not only has fewer features than the versions Windows, but is fundamentally flawed. What is more shocking is that almost every week, new enhancements, features and improvements are made in the version of Windows, while the Mac version is tight. I'm not sure why MSN Messenger seems to be able to create a chat experience that benefits both Windows and Mac users, But Yahoo can not.
