Joe Calzaghe’s next fight?
In an interview on BBC radio today, Super Middleweight Champion Joe Calzaghe annouced that he is indeed afraid to fight Mikkel Kessler. Since Calzaghe has already beaten all eight of the men that are his size in the tiny country of Wales, he has decided to buck boxing tradition. His next bout will be against Queen Elizabeth II’s Pembroke Welsh Corgi – Arthur. Due to the weight difference of Calzaghe at 168, and the Corgi at 27 pounds, the Corgi will not be required to wear gloves. American Cesar Millan has been hired to referee the bout. Las Vegas odds makers are scrambling to come up with a betting line for this unprecedented match. Any thoughts?
Lol i thought this was going to be a question of “whens Calzaghes next fight?” and i was going to simply answer “Who Cares”. Calzaghe will KO the Corgi and brag about breaking Hopkins 20 defesne records. Then claim he’s too good to fight Roy Jones Jr and Kessler, Hopkins, Taylor, and Wright are all afraid of him.
