how can i loose weight fast?
i take a class already called koga which is kickboxing and yoga combined its a faboulous workout but i feel like my legs are onyl getting toned a little.. ive been taking it for about a month going once a week and now im taking it twice a week is there anything i can do for my abs im leaving june 30th to go on a vacaiton and i want to look good in my bathing suit!
I’m a mom of 2, and and i do kicks to tone and get fitter and longer legs. All you need to do is exercise your legs for 2 minutes each day. Kick outwards for 2 mins alternating the legs. You’ll see results fast. for more info, click here. http://jaysfitfast.yolasite.com/
