Kids Halloween party environment?

I'm throwing a Halloween children. Most of them are 2-6 years, I need ideas on theme of the decor, food menu / and other ideas such as meat and appreciated by the costume contest games help, etc … so far I'm thinking of pumpkins environment, moonwalk, hot dogs? something children will remember is what my goal is!
