What time of the day should I do my exercise DVDs?

I have 3 free hours per day to exercise.. 8-9am (I wake up at 8) then 5-6pm (after work and right before dinner) then 8-9pm (I go to bed at 10.)

I have 2 exercise DVDs; a muscle building/toning one, a kickboxing one and a stairstepper. At which times should I use which exercise equitment?

No i mean please tell me which exercise to do at which time because i have 3 hours per day for exercise and 3 different workouts that are an hour each.

I would do it when you get up.
It’s amazing how good it makes you feel.
Just make sure not to over do it, and take a shower afterwards lol
