Any suggestions?
I have 25 years old and recently (three weeks) began an intensive weight training and boxing program kick, the addition of creatine mono hydrate, and the "abs diet." However, I'm not seeing the results I expected in terms of muscle growth / building, although they have noticed much higher levels of fitness and most of all cardio-vascular improvement. Can anyone suggest a more effective training regime that is geared toward muscle growth as well?
High protein diet as well as creatine. Muscle JUSE does not accumulate overnight. Remember to increase its size, the more calories and less calories out.
