LEG PROTECTION IN CASA Boxing / Kickboxing IN A HEAVY BAG 100LB WHAT DO I HAVE?

Hi, I recently bought a punching bag, can also be used as a kickboxing bag. I now use it to train on the strength of the kicks, etc, but I want to know what to buy for a good protection to ensure that no break and I have no hand protection, but I need links where to get leg protection and the protection LEF is very welcome.

If you are kicking karate / taekwondo style that is using the instep I greatly advise the shin and instep, get the kind with a slim profile and extra padding in the middle (I think it is called pro-style), the largest type are unnecessarily bulky, switch to one side more, and still offer much less protection. If you are practicing more than a lack of Thai style, where it connects with the shin, then it is not really necessary to use protection extra in the bag, but you could avoid some pain before you get used to it. Just be sure not to kick with the instep as novices, many do.
