Can you describe the mechanical drilling and Muay Thai kicks?
What are the punches and kicks, as the mechanics. It is similar to the drilling of boxing? Is it true that it is easy to learn? I heard only 3 months to learn to do well the strikes and the rest is just conditioning, sparring, and perforation of what you already know. For the martial art I am learning now takes about three years just to learn proper body mechanics. I want to find a style where you can quickly learn the mechanics and just focus in combat later.
Hooks are hooks are hooks uppercuts same for all strokes or muay Thai boxing. in 3 months you can learn the basics, but it is second nature and their techniques are far from perfect. If you want learn an art that can be fast decent then boxing is the way forward.
