Heavy Bag Boxing Stands

It is a heavy punching bag free standing worth buying?

Compared with the original punching bag that hangs instead of the free foot I think not so good. I do not know if it's like the original boxing bags. Does it feel like when drilling or effect? Can free standing boxing bag to take as much damage as the original boxing bag?

Hanging bags are moved, but not simulate the movement of an opponent at all. I do not understand all this "bags Pendants are best because they move "nonsense. Nobody moves so slow. In fact, the majority of new bags to hang a hook on the bottom to anchor the soil to prevent excessive movement. That said, I usually prefer the bags hanging because it can hit with power, and they do not fall. I have 3 bags hanging (different weights) and heavier, longer bag is anchored to the ground. Independent best bag I have in our dojo, the XXL Wavemaster by Century to the objectives. This is heavy (If you fill it right) and is sufficiently long and thick for all types of kicks. The independent regular bags are not low enough to practice effectively low kicks. If I had a separate bag, should be the XXL. However, both styles of bags can be effective in their training. I do not think one has an advantage significantly over the other, with the exception of playing the most independent. James
