The muay Thai kick-boxing help?
Well, well, I've been to some classes so far but I'm still a beginner. How I can practice / Improve in my spare time? You do not have a heavy bag or pads or my own mini-gym thingymabob (I sound so smart …) and I got up at a nearby gym and my lack is strong because I play football. Oh, and usually run 4.2 miles five days a week. I attend classes on Mondays and Wednesdays … Indeed, despite that no equipment (except gloves) I have a lot of space in my basement which has a thickly padded floor. So is there any exercises / drills / stretch help me improve: Thanks in advance)
They get tired of overtraining! The human body is probably the best this land has been designed, but all has its limits. So if you are running 4.2 miles a day, playing football, taking Muay Thai twice a week and lifting weights, which is the recovery time? If you keep this kind of pace for a long period of your body will start to breakdown to the point where further injury will keep him outside and 10-12 years from now will end up as a veteran of professional sports with a broken body, with the only difference is that they were offset largely destroyed themselves physically. Hard work is important, but knowing when and how to relax is so important!
