Hbo Boxing Pay Per View
Jan/070

Is the movie industry really hurting due to piracy?
Piracy has taken a hit, but not enough to hear the movie industry whining. They have been ripping the public for years.
For example:
1 – The movie “Little Mermaid” made a chunk of cash in the theaters. It wasn’t a box office smash, but did fairly good!
2 – Theater release to other countries made millions more
3 – DVD releases made it more money
4 – DVD rentals made even more money
5 – Pay-Per-View made some cash
6 – Cable subscribers (Like HBO) pay for some
7 – Broadcast on Network TV with commercials for extra cash
8 – Ten years later, it is Re-released and newly mastered! And makes more money
9 – Remastered DVD sales and rentals
etc….. etc….
How many times can they take the same crappy movie and turn it into cash?
seriously hollywood has no more ideas and is trying to either make money from the same movie or remake an old movie.
have these people no imagination?
