How I can lose three pounds a week? I'm almost obese overweight please help me?
i just calculated my BMI says im overweight. im 5'6 19 women and weight 180 pounds i go tot the gym for at least 5 days a week. I do cardio, I'll even take some classes as few conditioning, zumba, kickboxing, overall tone, yoga, pilates. (1 or 2 classes a day for example: zumba class and overall tone of the yoga pliates Monday … Tuesday, etc) for breakfast, ill have oatmeal, fruit or beaten with 2 egg whites or low fat yogurt Lunch: soup of vegetables or low-fat mixed African Underground:. eat rice (two tablespoons) of beans black (1 tablespoon) and / or salmon fish snack after working out: fruit like an orange, apple or banana medium 4 for example can i lose three pounds doind week for this?
