90 Hindi / Indian Music Video (singer)?

Hope you can help this is driving me crazy! I have tried trawling wikipedia and my google searches give all me anything useful. I'm looking for the artist and / or title of a song released in the UK in the late 90's – singer was a woman and the video shows a lot of split screen of her in different outfits looking so mysterious. I do not think the song was from a movie, since it was released as simple (or at least the video was shown in the box at thentime). I think the song was in Hindi, but from my Hindi dosn't go well beyond "Namaste" Not sure … The chorus sounded like "dum bin GEEA, sa-sa-Segen" (I apologize for my terrible phonetic spelling!)

It would be worth is worth looking up Sheila Chandra, who do not recognize the choir, but she did a lot of things about all the time, Sheila has a beautiful singing voice and India / Celtic / English was also on TV with his hit "Have you ever just" hope this helps
