Boxing workout Question!?
Well I want to start a boxing workout on my own (no instructors or anything) I plan no buying all the needed material.
and I am just wondering if anyone knows of any good plans on what to do?
I saw this dvd by everlast..

suppose to be good for beginners. Do you think that is good enough to start with?

Btw, I am just doing this for fun and to get a workout. dont plan to be a boxer or anything. I just think it would be fun to do a boxing workout. and to learn basic boxing while doing it.
Don’t buy anything from Everlast. They suck, and the smallest purchase just fuels them to stay in business. If you’re looking to boxing for purely a workout, then disregard any techniques or anything, and just punch the heavy bag a bunch of times. Just go to YouTube and search for “Boxing training” or “Boxing workout training” and you should find endless lessons on a variety of things.
