could lose much weight with this routine?

My friend and I are going to enjoy the fitness center we have in school and want to know if this is a good routine and whether it will help with fitness and weight loss. weighs 270 pounds and wants to lose about 30 pounds of December and I weigh 180 and want to lose about 20 then. Monday 60 minutes of kickboxing, 60 minutes sculpture Tuesday 60 minutes of kickboxing and abs Wednesday 20 minutes to 60 minutes of cardio sculpting, kickboxing Thurs 60 minutes-60 minutes cardio, 20 minutes abs, 35 minutes arms / core / legs Sun, S, D – Rest, yoga and maybe some light training, depending on how we feel.

Any activity like that, combined with a well thought out diet (very important) we would definitely lose a lot of weight. I have to insist that diet plays an important role. You can do a routine like that and still not lose weight if you are eating at fast food restaurants or eating lots of crisps and sweets. Also, make sure you ease into the workouts instead of jumping right into them. Besides running the risk of injury and pain being more likely to quit if you just jump to a routine like this. By the way, losing 30 pounds in two months is very hard. This will require much restricted diet along with the routine you have planned. Do not be discouraged. It takes time, so be patient.
