ok think this is a good plan?
im 14, female, 173cm and 65 kg. I want to get tone, healthier and even shed a few kilos in the long term. what What do you think of this: Monday hours aero box 1, maybe 5 or 10 minutes jumping Tuesday: 1 hour (yoga and Pilates Yogalates mixed in one) and 10 minutes jumping. i Wednesday: week: one hour in the gym and in the afternoon: 20 minutes jumping Thursday: morning – an hour of fencing ago – Friday, half an hour of tennis: a period of two (1 hours) of PE in school and were doing atm jump:. Saturday and Sunday could play tennis, go for walks, play golf, go to the driving range, jogging, etc and all this time im eating a balanced diet, 1200 chemicals a day. but, of course, I'm a teenager for a little trash here and there, is inevitable: the Thanks in advance! P by the way when I gym Wednesday, I usually do about 2 km tape running, 2 km and 2 km rowing cycling. Just thought id give details:)
