Could I be pregnant and I can take a test of the first results now?

I started my last period on 16 January. Usually have a 28 or 29 day cycle. I had unprotected sex at 28 and 29 January. Could I be pregnant? Also, I was one of those tests quick response and yesterday the first test results (sixth) with urine in the morning and the first has a negative effect. If all is right I think I should get my period 12. My back hurt and I feel a little crampy and my breasts look a bit bigger, but I do not know if it's just my way of playing mind tricks on me. Could be pregnant and when I can take a box test with accurate results?

I know the first answer that can take up to 5 days before you lost the period, while making accuracy is not as high. But you can do that. If you still get a negative, wait until your period after a few days you forget to take another test.
