Help with training for the Toughman Contest?

My plan is to take part in a Toughman contest soon that is boxing only. The parties have three rounds a minute and I'd like to train to throw punches powerful and fast for the duration of each round. I'll be fighting in the middleweight division at approximately 155 to 159 pounds. I have gloves, a heavy bag, and access to a weight room. What is a proper training routine to gain strength, speed, endurance and hardness of this competition? Specific exercises would be useful.

I was training a friend for a few years ago Toughman competition. A lot guys in these competitions wide throw punches. The best strategy would punches straight down the middle. Practice in launching heavybag jabs volumes. I will they have been launching volleys of four strokes and then turn out of danger. If you stand in front of him, he will have the opportunity to charge you. Most men in these competitions are not used for boxing and often tire quickly. So you have to be in better condition.
