Is my workout plan obsessive?

Sunday: 30min. Brisk walk w/10lbs dumb bells
Monday: 20min. Ab blast 45min. Step basic
Tuesday: 60min. Yoga/Pilates
Wednesday: 45min Zumba (dances from diff countries)
Thursday: 30min. Brisk walk w/10lbs dumb bells
Friday: 30min. Brisk walk w/10lbs dumb bells
Saturday: 60min.Turbo Kick (kick boxing and martial arts)

I don’t want to go over board but at the same time most of it is a light workout I want to lose weight for the summer time but I would like to lose more than 2lbs a week maybe 4-5lbs a week I don’t want to push myself im going to use the diet plan from http://www.50millionpounds.com/ so I would be eating right P.S my workout is based on a group exercise schedule from my gym

Working out every day is not excessive. Just don’t ADD to it too quickly. Remember, our diet is 80% of our success. Exercise is the other 20%. These aren’t my figures, I’ve jacked them from some of best trainers in the field.

grrr, I tried to go check out that diet plan but I have to sign up or something. I would have critiqued it for you.
