Why do people change their voice when some are shy?
I mean what exactly is going an octave lower? It's not like some of us make our voice go lower, by the way. I see this happen, and even happens to me often, but why exactly? Is there a connection somewhere that affects the voice box as well?
It is probably a reaction to a fear of rejection, like the way the voice accelerates and goes to a louder when a person is lying. The more you practice socializing, feel more comfortable with him and then his voice sounds normal. Everything in life is practice, practice what you have to talk and have conversations.
