Antonio Tarver knocking out Roy Jones in 2 rounds is probably the biggest upset since Mike Tyson vs Buster Douglas. Although you said of the last 5 years I felt like I had to mention this fight.
It shocked the Boxing world because Roy Jones at that time was considered untouchable. He had just moved up to Heavyweight and then returned back to Light Heavyweight and beat Tarver in a close fight the first time. Most people thought like any true Champion Jones would beat him even more convincingly the next time. Needless to say most people were Wrong Jones had lost his Prime Over Night and was shockingly embarrassed.
