Mosley vs Mayweather?

My question is why is it that the fight against Mosley and Manny? I have to be updated .. I stopped keeping track with boxing .. any (stubborn) or the fact answers or statements are welcome in relation to Mayweather, Mosley, and Manny Pacquiao

Pacquiao refused to take the blood test because he made that affect performance, because their blood would be scheduled to be removed 2 days before his fight with Mayweather and his experiences past said the last time his blood was taken before a fight that has not performed well and lost what was against Morales. This also occurred twice in his career that contributed to 2 out of 3 losses in his career. The only way he said it would take the test is that Mayweather is going to take the exam on the same Pacquiao day. But it was not necessary for Mayweather to take the test and Floyd did not agree either. Mosley is fighting Mayweather because Mayweather yelled after Floyd's fight with Marquez and matchmakers went to work in creating a battle between the two. But who wins between Mosley vs Mayweather can fight with Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.
