Should we start a campaign to end the multi belt/titles in boxing ?

I think Professional Boxing is a laughing stock to the world because of the multi title/belts for world champs in each weight division. I want boxers to earn good money. In my younger days your personal reputation was the money draw, Ali, Frazier, Norton, Foreman, Sugar Ray Leonard, Hit Man Hearns, Mcguigan, and many others. Now i could not name the so called “top boxers”. Is there a way we could unite and form a campaign to force the Boxing Authorities to BRING SOME SANITY TO THE WHOLE GAME. ?

I think having multiple champs is a good thing because i remember my grand father telling me that when you had one champ a lot of good boxers never got a shot at the title, never could make a name for themselves or were too old when they did get a chance.

I think that boxing needs an oversight committee to make sure that teh sanctioning bodies rate and make decisions on a fair playing field. I also think there should be mandatory unification matches, a objective world ranking system, get rid of some of these weight classes(super mid, super welt for example. it is stupid for people to be 6 time champion in 6 weight classes where the total weight difference is 20 pounds) and that names can be made on network TV. No more horrible match-ups that people are forced to watch.

Also having some great amateurs would be nice
