Standing bag vs heavy (hanging) punching bag?

I’m new to boxing, and I’d like to start training a little bit more at home. I know hanging bags are great for developing strength, but the truth is, my house is very old and would be unable to support one from the ceiling. Getting a bag stand would also be very expensive for me (I’m on a tight budget) and would take up lots of space which I don’t really have.

My question is: Will training with a standing bag have any negative effect on my training in terms of developing punching power? this is mainly what I intend to use my future punching bag for. I’m planning on getting something like this:

In response to sasasas:

I would go to a boxing gym, but the nearest one is 45 minute train ride away-this includes normal gyms which might also have a punching bag.

the major difference is the fact that a standing bag wont sway or swing like the hanging one. That movement is actually part of the training as you work on the timing of your punches and developing a rhythm
