Is there any way to dodge the audio track copyright thing on youtube?

I made a really funny video for youtube but I couldnt get it on cos of the audio track i’d hooked it up with. I tried writing no copyright intended in the info box but that didnt work and the video was removed then i tried not mentioning the song title but all that happened was the track was muted. Is there any way to slip through the net????!!!! GRRRR this whole thing is annoying!

you have to write who the song is by and that you do not own the music.

Example: I do not own the song “love story” by: Taylor Swift.
