do all women have an hourglass frame?
i am just asking because i feel… ugly.. i feel like a box. i am really short. just barely 5ft. and i am very muscular. have muscular thighs. but from under my chest down i feel box-y. and then my thighs are like whoop! ugly. they are fat and huge and stick out. i hate wearing bathingsuits. and sometimes i hate wearing shorts. how can i boost my self-esteem on how the way i look. i hate everything.
reasons i cant cut out my workouts:
1. i am in a sport
2. i would get fat.
and i am already going on a diet so no one say diet.
No we don’t all have “the hourglass” shape. Actually I believe that shape is a little overplayed. Look how many girls out there want that? It’s not even that special. I have the same box-y type look, and I just try to find clothes that compliment my shape. They make clothes out there especially for different body types like ours. We are all different. So no matter what, you are beautiful. Everyone’s beautiful in their own way.
