How to train to fight?
Hey. I am a 13 years old. I want to train for the fight. I mean, like a fight at school. I want to be prepared just in case I'm in a situation where I have to fight and I am against big punk guy. I'm about 5 '2 ", and about 100 pounds. I am currently lifting weights, and start running every day. I hope to start karate (for fun), and I have a boxing bag reflection. Is there any training I can do with the reflection punching bag, treadmill, weights and pull-bar that I am already doing or planning to do? Thanks for the suggestions!
It seems I have covered.i `ma martial artist you should look into kung fu / It 's more suitable for someone w / your build.also if you can find an instructor who may want to try it` s KRAV MAGA Isreali system is highly effective fight
