Question about training punch gloves …?
I was watching the video title on boxing glove punch training, and Jeff Fenech talking about was a lot of coaches glove slap blow against their hands while they are training fighters. He explained that this is bad because its oppent rarely or never move in his punches, and can also damage the fight hands. however, when I'm watching training videos Mayweather and Cotto, coaches even slap hands gloves blow to the fighter. I was wondering if there was any reason for them to do this?
There are valid arguments on both sides. Coaches right smack in the student's desire for a couple of reasons 1) To train a movement goal 2) To give a slight impact on the condition of the dolls
