Hi folks, I wanted to ask you about the guys get in shape for a fight. Therefore, I struggling in a few months and I decided to start very soon. The equiptment I have for training is as follows: A punching bag, gloves destination (I have a partner training), two pairs of boxing gloves, jump rope, and a willingness to train. I have a gym near weight training. My question is how I can Incorperated all these things in the fight and give my best for my party. This is my first fight and I want to make a mark. So any help is greatly appreciated. What I am looking for improved cardiovascular basically striking, grappling, stregnth and flexibility. Also, the exercises for the guys who helped out? If you must know …. The fight is not entirly official, however, its just mentioned. and I would get an advantage.

Weight …. focus on Olympic Lifts (Train is not like a bodybuilder if you do not get up a good )…. are dead weight (must be optimal Albe DL about 3 times their body weight )…. Squat (be able to get squat about 3 times their body weight … and squats in the ass is your calves are not parallel) pull ups (weighted if possible) … bench press (aim for twice body weight) … shoulder press (1.5 times their body weight) and NO they are not unrealistic numbers as some people are forced to say … the fight is tough in the system who else wants to be prepared to incorporate into your weight … Complex is wherre is taking a bar and put some weight on it (which is not so much a training of his very humble )…. do not put the weight down from the beginning to the end of each game …. sets are 10 reps. .. 9 representatives of 8 reps …. …. 7 … 6 .. 5 .. 4 .. 3 … 2 … 1 with 90 seconds between each set is based on a complex heres what would be real hard Sumo Dead Dead Leg Bent over row Front Squat clean energy Shoulder Press Back Good morning, squatting, if you're not sure what some of the exercises you do a search on most of them can be found here http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html cardio though …. do sprints … I really will test for these light make a career for 3-5 minutes then sprint as fast as you can for a minute …….. its much better to just run and see more many other benefits that the practice …. …. I hope this helps rail …. . good luck
