Is there anything to say undefeated in boxing?
Search All boxers are undefeated, Rocky, Foyd, Calzaghe, undefeated means they have not been evaluated. even its mention in the same breath as Ali, Sugar Ray and Henry Armstrong, undefeated I really mean anything, because they were unbeaten in fact never fought importance to anyone, boxing is not about being undefeated on the fight and beat the best that is why Ihave regarding high for people like Ali, Sugar & Experts Armstrong more than boxing, boxing legends past and present agree with me. I've done some research and most of them agree that the undefeated does not mean much
I totally agree with you here. The undefeated means nothing. While there are only a few good fighters who could retire undefeated, most of them are barely considered as all time greats and is still unknown. When names like Sven Ottke, Ricardo Lopez, Mihai Leu, and Terry Marsh was thrown about, that people come to think it was the boxers? Nobody knows these people, because they have never been in any career defining fights. It is the struggle to make a fighter a legend and no records. Sometimes, the wrestler may even be bigger than the title. It does not matter if it is lost forever. , Not words, that the story is going to think less you, as an all time high. Look at Joe Louis, who was killed by Rocky Marciano, but history will remember Louis as the best heavyweight of all time, not Marciano. Look at Muhammad Ali, who lost to Trevor Berbick, but they do Berbick was bigger than Ali? Duran also had several misses, but still considered among the ranks Leonard and Hagler, who both lost. Calzaghe would have beaten Hopkins and Jones Jr., but does that mean he has earned more respect than these two? Looking back in a career as a fighter, you'd not remember the struggles that in 30 years from now, we'd still be delighted to see Ricky Hatton Pacquiao flew like out of nothing, in the same way we enjoy reliving the Rumble in the Jungle, and Mike Tysons first championship fight. But if you look at Mayweather fight at this point, it is believed that this is the kind of fights you want to see three decades from now? Mark my words and mark well. Pacquiao has become a legend at this point, and it takes more than a defeat to tarnish that. You can lose to Mayweather, but I doubt that Mayweather finally get the recognition of a champion of boxing fans. Because between the two, which Manny gave his most memorable fights that fans of Floyd did.
