Tips for Mom to send the first child to school?

My daughter is 4.5 years and before school starts. I'm very confused with the number of bags of feed you need. Moms Can anyone with experience help me with the following: – the lunch bag or box – bag Plimsoll (cord I suspect) – gym bag (which type is best for 4.5yr old) – Backpack (Brand suspect) Any helpful advice / brands will be well received.

My child has a lunch bag, PE bag (lanyard) and backpack. Both the bag and PE bag are brand school, but some schools do not sell these. I would say a separate bag for shoes is necessary unless the exterior eh. (My son):) Make sure you label all bags and go walkies will not!
